Return Policy 

The following Return Policy is for both domestic and international orders.

We confidently stand behind our products.  If at any time within 60 days of receipt you are not happy with the product(s), please email us at support@biobare.com and we will replace your product(s) or issue a refund.

Products must be returned in new or gently used condition.  We don't offer return labels, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.  We kindly ask our customers to return the product(s) at their earliest convenience, using any shipping method they desire. Once a returned package is received at our warehouse, we will process the return within 2 to 3 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Rose Quartz Facial Roller is non-refundable. If the item is returned, it will not be re-shipped or refunded.

There will be a 30% return fee on ALL  bundled packages! The bundled packages/kits must be returned completely in order to receive a refund. If the kit is missing items, the refund won't be issued and the package won't be re-sent to the customer.

* After Discount: If applying a discount code brings the total value of your order less than the amount qualified for free shipping, our system will automatically charge you the S/H fee.
